Raw Material Extraction

Raw Material Preparation

Crushing, grinding, and blending of raw materials to achieve a homogeneous 'raw meal' or 'slurry' with the correct chemical composition.

Preheating & Calcination

The raw meal is heated in a preheater tower, where it undergoes calcination, removing carbon dioxide from the limestone.

Clinkerization (Sintering)
